House Rules and Terms & Conditions: 1.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses. 2.Guests are not permitted to book reservations at C-Level Studios within their own place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book accommodation in your hometown. 3.Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including on balconies, gardens, terraces, and in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking policy will result in a €250 fine, plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repairs. Noise violations may lead to the immediate cancellation of the booking and eviction from the apartment/house without a refund. 4.Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. 5.The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. We charge €70 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6.Pets are only allowed if explicitly stated in the property description. Violations of our pet policy will result in a special cleaning fee of €100. Guests with assistance animals are kindly requested to contact us before their stay. 7.Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8.Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to track excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9.Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the property and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service via email at stay@clevelstudios.com 10.By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to adhere to the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without a refund. Cancellation Policy Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Cancellation policy for long-term bookings (at least 28 nights): full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
